Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We value our customers and aim to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded in accordance with applicable laws and standard banking procedures in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Eligibility for Returns

A return or refund may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  •  The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing fault

Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels
  • Show no signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless found to be defective, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details
  2. Provide a clear reason for the return along with supporting evidence (if applicable)
  3. Await confirmation and return instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Card / Online Payments

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • Customers must provide valid UAE bank account details
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

Please note that banks and payment gateways have independent processing timelines which may affect when the refunded amount appears in your account.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed
