If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Services and Information
All information, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and quotations provided are for general reference only and may be changed without prior notice. Measurements, finishes, designs, and representations are indicative and may vary slightly from the final product or service delivered.
Orders, Confirmation, and Payments
Any order or agreement becomes valid only after mutual confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of an advance payment.
Prices and quotations remain non-binding until formally confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request in cases of errors, unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
Product or Service Variations
Products and services may show minor variations in color, finish, size, or design due to material characteristics, manufacturing processes, or customization requirements. Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for complaint.
Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product or service is defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed specifications.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product or completion of the service.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Customized, made-to-order, or specially requested items are not eligible for return or refund unless a verified defect is confirmed.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment type.
Delivery, handling, and administrative charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders or service requests may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch begins. Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and documentation, is the property of our business or licensed to us. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Showroom Visits and Safety
Visitors to our showroom must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. We are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services, or facilities. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased.
User Conduct
Users must not misuse our services, disrupt operations, or engage in unlawful activities. Any attempt to compromise security, accessibility, or business operations may result in denial of services or legal action.
